Our simple 4 step process allows you to get a dose quicker than any of our competitors—even if you add in the drive to Woodstock!
This fall, we’re making it easier than ever to get a vaccine. We’ve added standing vaccine clinics in towns all across Ulster County, running from mid-September until Thanksgiving.*
*All clinics planned throughout the county are subject to participation. We will maintain full hours for scheduled days, but reserve the right to cancel future dates based on attendance.
Save time on vaccine day by completing some simple steps below.
Bring the completed form with you to your appointment, and we’ll fill out the rest!
Break out your T-Shirt to wear on clinic day (please!) and head down to your chosen vaccination site.
Arrive 10 minutes early.
Expect the whole appointment to last about 10 minutes.
Anyone vaccinated with us this year will receive a foldable vaccine record.
We’ll add this year’s COVID, flu, and RSV to your card.
PLUS if you’ve gotten other vaccines with us, we’ll complete the card for you so you have an accurate, single record!
