In an effort to help the most vulnerable among us, Village Apothecary offers in-home vaccinations for home-bound and bed-bound patients and their caregiver(s)—up to 60 minutes away from Woodstock!

how it works

  1. Complete the HIPAA compliant form here or by clicking the button below. Complete one for the patient and one for each caregiver
  2. We’ll reach out to review and schedule the appointment within 2 business days. We strive to schedule vaccination within 10 days of submission
  3. We arrive 5-10 minutes before the appointment time and vaccinate. Total time in house is approximately 15 minutes
